Certificate for compulsory clinical practice

According to the Study Regulations FMCU (Art.4, sec. 14, 15), Compulsory clinical practice serves to acquire the knowledge, skills and to verify theoretical knowledge in practice. It is carried out after the completion of the educational part of the summer semester, in full extent according to the required content until the end of the academic year i.e. till August 31^st in current academic year (see the "Certificate for compulsory clinical practice" form).

In order to obtain the credits, the student is required to submit the Certificate for compulsory clinical practice and the Recorder of clinical practice (Log book) signed by the head of the department/hospital of the department to the responsible teacher, after completing the prescribed practice. 

The credits must be registered in AIS till August 31^st in current academic year at the latest.

The form "Certificate for compulsory clinical practice " must be submitted by the student to the relevant study officer at the Study Department.

The compulsory practice is completed exclusively outside the educational part of the summer semester, primarily it is recommended to complete it in the summer months. The date of the compulsory practice is at the decision of the teacher, who is responsible for teaching of the subject. In exceptional cases and after fulfilling the conditions for completing the compulsory practice, the student can apply in writing for permission of exception, to fulfil it in the examination period of the winter semester. After the request has been approved, the student is obliged to submit it electronically or personally to the relevant study officer at the Study Department - Request.

The student can print the Certificate of attending the compulsory clinical practice from the web site, or obtain it at the Study Department.
