Criteria for getting the credits
A) Diploma work in form of a literature review
Diploma work 1 (4th year - summer semester) |
Students are requested - to watch to the online lecture – „How to use the scientific literature in preparation of the diploma thesis“** - to presents the downloaded articles related to the topic of his/her diploma thesis to the tutor (preferably on USB) - to preparee an outline of their diploma thesis and to write at least 15 pages of text* |
Diploma work 2 (5th year - winter semester) |
Students are requested - to watch the online lecture – „Data processing“** - to presents the selection of articles he/she plans to use in the diploma thesis (preferably on USB) - to submits a draft of their thesis to the tutor |
Diploma work 3 (5th year - summer semester) |
Students are requested - to submit the final version of their diploma thesis to the tutor for review and comments |
Diploma work 4 (6th year - winter semester) |
Students are requested - to submist their thesis - to watch the online lecture „Presentation of the diploma thesis”** - to defend their diploma thesis (November/December) |
B) Diploma work with experimental/practical part
Diploma work 1 (4th year - summer semester) |
Students are requested - to watch the online lecture– „How to use the scientific literature in preparation of the diploma thesis“** and to learn the experimental method that they will use - to present the downloaded articles related to the topic of his/her diploma thesis to the tutor (preferably on USB) - to prepare an outline of the diploma thesis and writes at least 10 pages of text* |
Diploma work 2 (5th year - winter semester) |
Students are requested - to watch a videolecture – „Data processing“** - to presents the selection of articles he/she plans to use in the diploma thesis (preferably on USB) - to performs at least part of the experimental/practical work and writes at least 5 pages of text* |
Diploma work 3 (5th year - summer semester) |
Students are requested - to complete the experimental/practical work - to submit the final version of their diploma thesis to the tutor for review and comments |
Diploma work 4 (6th year - winter semester) |
Students are expected - to submit their thesis - to watch the videolecture „Presentation of the diploma thesis”** - to defend their diploma thesis (November/ December) |
* 1 page = 1800 characters including spaces
** Seminars are organized by the Institute of Physiology. The dates will be published on the website of the institute.
If the student fails to meet the criteria for getting credits, he/she will be awarded mark Fx into the AIS2. It is possible to transfer the subject into the next schoolyear. |
